Enable the "Permitted Web Sites List" option for these users and add necessary web sites to the list. Open the iProtectYou Control Panel, click on Settings and select the "Web Sites" item. Then push the "Customize" button on the right of the "Permitted Web Sites List" checkbox, select the user's group, mark the "Permitted Web Sites List" checkbox, and push the "Add" button.
