Sorry... because we are a small business with a small staff, we can not accept rush orders and require a minimum of 16 weeks (prior to when you wish to mail your invitations) to complete your order.

You should order your invitations generally 3 - 5 months prior to your wedding date. At this time all of the details of the ceremony and reception, such as time and location should be confirmed. (If you are panicking because it is well past that date, don't fear because some of our card manufacturers offer 48 - 72 hour printing.

You and your fianc? should sit down and make a list of all family members, friends and work associates you would like to include in your wedding. Then have each of your parents make a list of friends, family members and work associates they would like to include. Remember that married couples will only receive one invitation and that single children under the age of 18 may be included on their parent's invitation.

If you'd like, you may order now for future delivery. Once in our system, your order will be released for processing three weeks prior to the date you have requested. Your credit card will not be charged until we release the order for processing. Your order is then processed within 48 hours and will be shipped to you via regular UPS delivery.

It is best to order your wedding stationery as soon as you know your ceremony and reception location OR 6-9 months in advance as recently published in InStyle Weddings Magazine. Be sure to give yourself 2 weeks to hand write all of your guest addresses and names on your envelopes! Mail 2 months before your wedding.

We require a minimum of 16 weeks to design, assemble and ship your invitations, so count back 16 weeks from the date you would like to mail your invitations. We advise that invitations should be sent out no later than 6 weeks prior to your wedding day, however 12 weeks is probably best during the busy summer months. In order for you to receive your order in plenty of time we would like at least 8 weeks to produce your invitations, that's 20 weeks before your big day but obviously the more notice you give, the better.

We advise that you place your order 16 weeks prior to your wedding. Larger orders may require more time to produce. Please contact us if your wedding is less than 16 weeks away as we may be able to help you.

You have several options. You can use corner copy on the bottom of the invitation that states, "Reception to immediately follow" or you can state in the invitation, "and join us afterward for a reception."

Rush shipping and processing are available. It takes about 2-3 business days to receive your order, print it, and prepare it for shipping.
