A PS3, or Playstation 3 is a next generation gaming console that is being released by Sony. Before the PS3, there was the PS2 and the original Playstation. Both were very popular, and had more of a market share than Sega, Nintendo, and now Microsoft with their consoles.

Technically speaking, yes, though Sony has said that it doesn't plan on region-locking games. It's possible that third-party developers may choose to do so, in which case they'll flag the disc as so in software, but it sounds like most games will be region-free. Doubtful, especially with a supposed USB plugged "dongle" announced to wirelessly connect with the peripherals. It'd be nice though. I'm not certain a finalized list has been set; but here's what's been announced thus far by EA/Joystiq: I've noticed these days that if they don't announce or hint at any extra features in a game, it probably isn't in there. While I don't think it's absolutely definitive, I'm guessing we're going to see pricing similar to Guitar Hero 2 on the 360.

The server is overloaded and unresponsive. Just try to keep the session open until the server responds again. (Flooding the server with consecutive manual INSERT INTOs is not recommended.) You are using a faulty or banned client. If you want to use an experimental or CVS version you do it at your own risk. If a torrent you are currently leeching/seeding is not listed on your profile, just wait or force a manual INSERT INTO. If the tracker is down, do not stop seeding.
