High school transcripts are only mandatory if you are under 18, have been graduated or passed the GED and are seeking special admission to TMCC. (If you are under 18-years-old and have not graduated, special forms are available at A&R for your admission.) If your ACT or SAT scores are posted on your transcript and you want to use those for placement in English or math, submit your transcript. High school transcripts are also required when applying for financial aid or scholarships.

The are several ways to receive a copy of your transcript: (1) You can come by the Registrar’s Office and pick one up. You must fill out a Transcript Request Form in order for the transcript to be released. By logging on to UVAWISE.EDU, click on Alumni, then transcript request. (2) You can request a copy online via this link Transcript Request Online which utilizes digital signatures.

A transcript of the courses you took and received credit for in high school is required. The transcript should also include your final GPA and your rank in class. If your ACT/SAT scores are not included on your transcript, please include a copy of your scores. If you attended college, a copy of your college transcript is also required.

If you have been out of high school for two years or longer, call the district's Records Office at (714) 996-2049.

High school transcripts are available from the last school you attended. Please contact the school directly for your transcript. Our response time will be faster if you contact the school during the school year, when the school office is still open.

Students fill out a form in the College Counseling Center, and we send the transcripts directly to the colleges. On many applications, there is a question asking students to report their class rank. HPA, like most prep schools with small class sizes and a rigorous program of study, does not rank its students. The no-ranking policy is in the best interest of our students, and colleges respect the policy.

All transfer students, regardless of age, are required to submit an official high school transcript or secondary school record, unless they have successfully completed 24 or more credit hours at the university level.
