The first thing I would do is make an inventory of all the parts you have on a spread sheet similar to Microsoft Excel. I use excel for all my collections and it makes it easy to trade and send files over the internet. If you have things you want to keep, it’s a good way to know what you have for one thing and also you can put the parts in little mylar bags and keep a good inventory. Number each bag with little labels to keep the parts in order.

Sure. You may or may not like the sound, but there's no physical reason you can't do it. You may need different input and output connectors, or a Hi-Z/Lo-Z transformer to convert between your guitar cable and a mic input, and the speaker outputs may be a bit strange, but that's about it. Trees that are suitable for guitars are from 200 to 500 + years old. If you take a look at the top of your guitar, each dark line is one year of growth. By counting the lines from the middle of the top towards the edge you can estimate the minimum age of the tree ; probably some wood was cut off during the building proces. The wider grain near the edges is the oldest wood. The narrow grain is the youngest. I have once used a Sitka spruce one-piece top that had over 500 grain lines.

Look at the small IC chips on the boards of your computer. They are called the "TTL logic chips". Most of them will have numbers on them like "7404" "74121" and other "74 series" numbers. Some memory chips will be small but not have those numbers. There are generally date codes on most IC chips, usually in the form "wwyy" where ww is the week from 00 to 52, and yy is the year: 74, 75, 76, etc. Or it may be "yyww". So "2776" or "7622" will be the 26th week of 1976 for instance.

We use D'Addario EXP16 (.012-.053) Phosphor Bronze strings on our guitars. Another string we like is the Adamas 1818 (.012-.053) Phosphor Bronze. You can use whatever string suits your playing style. Heavier or lighter strings might require a truss rod adjustment. D'Addario Pro Arte (EJ46) hard tension strings are used on USA-made Ovation nylon string guitars. We also like the Adamas 4444 or the Savarez Alliance high tension.
