Answer: In general, you are registered for as long as you remain at the same address, and you should continue to receive election materials in the mail. However, if you have not voted in the last several elections, you may be sent a request to confirm that you have not moved, and your registration may be eventually canceled.

One-Stop voting begins on the Thursday after Registration closes and ends on the Saturday before the Election. The One-Stop voting location for Wilkes County is in the Board of Elections Office. Office Hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Mon-Fri. The Saturday before the Election is the only Saturday that One-Stop Voting is available, hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Any person who is a U.S. Citizen and 18 years of age or older on or before the day of the next general election may vote in any election if he or she is registered to vote in Delaware.

Answer:You may return it in person to any polling place in your county or to the county elections office on Election Day. If, because of illness or physical disability, you are unable to return the ballot yourself, you may designate a spouse, child, parent, grandparent, sibling, or a person residing in the same household to return the ballot to the elections official or the precinct board at any polling place within the jurisdiction.

General and primary elections are held in all precincts and polling places. The precincts may be consolidated into fewer polling places for other elections, such as municipal, school district, college district or hospital elections. You may contact the county clerk's office to find where you vote for any election.

If mailed, the registration form must be postmarked at least 25 days prior to the election. If hand-delivered, the registration form must be received at the Board of Elections office no later than 5:00 p.m. on the 25th day prior to the election.

In order to be eligible to vote, an employee must have been in the bargaining unit during the payroll period immediately prior to the date of the direction of election or approval of consent agreement, and must still be in the bargaining unit on the date of the election. IELRB rules provide that the employer must furnish a list of eligible employees to the IELRB and the other parties before the election is held.

You move within the county. Notify the county clerk of your new address or update your driver's license. The county clerk will tell you the location of your new voting precinct. If you do not do this before election day, you must go to the voting precinct of your new address to vote and update your voter registration address.

As long as you are a Canadian citizen who will be at least 18 years old on election day and have lived in Nova Scotia for at least six months before the date of the writ, you can vote. The law in Nova Scotia was recently changed so now everyone can vote in the electoral district where they actually live when they go to vote ( see subsection 28(1) of the Elections Act) rather than in the electoral district where they lived when the writ for an election is issued.

If you are a registered voter, you may vote in any primary. However, if a primary is held in for both parties in the same election district, you must choose in which party primary you wish to vote and may only vote in one.

All employees working in the craft or class and who are employed as of the last day of the last payroll period prior to the receipt of the application by the NMB are eligible to vote in the election. Employees severing their employment relationship (e.g., by resignation, termination, retirement, death, or promotion) during the balloting period are normally removed from the list. Each year, the Chief Electoral Officer writes to individuals who turn 18 to ask them to confirm that they are eligible to vote and that they consent to being included in the National Register of Electors. Elections Canada identifies new 18-year-olds through information transmitted for the Register by Canada Customs and Revenue Agency, registrars of motor vehicles, and electoral data obtained from provincial and territorial organizations responsible for lists of electors.
