Waves of abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting sometimes preceded by a loose bowel movement. Treatment involves surgery, usually laparoscopic, and correction of the kink or obstruction.

You would be best advised not to do so.  Remember, there could be stock in the field or the person responsible may have obstructed the path for a reason. You're allowed to try and find a way around without causing damage or trespassing too far around the obstruction.  Report the problem here.
