Pay-By-Phone (formerly Capital Pay) allows customers to make payments over the phone to a Capital One credit card account 24 hours a day. The funds will either be requested electronically (ACH) or manually (physical check) as a withdrawal from the customer's bank account. There is usually a nominal fee for this service. Note: A Pay-By-Phone cannot be processed from midnight Monday to 8:00 a.m. ET because of weekly system updates.

In order to keep our software costs low (since so many of our users are struggling artists), we have optimized our business with an efficient secure automated online order system that permits us to provide excellent service without the need for a clerical staff (we'd rather spend the money on research and development).
