Men and women have always been reluctant to believe that we cease to exist after death. We have in the Bible the sure hope of resurrection from the dead at the return of Jesus Christ, faithfully repeated by every clergyman who conducts a funeral, but, apart from this assurance, the dead return to the ground and are totally unconscious and inactive.

It's not so much the case of where we"go" as it is the state of consciousness we ascent to. Essentially the non-physical dimension is of, and parallel with, the physical universe. There is no "in here/out there." These apparent differences are our perceptions only. Actually, we are all connected. (Sorry AT&T.) Physics might better explain the time-space-continuum, and, in fact, there are some fairly mind-blowing but accepted definitions of contiguous realities.

Pretty much, for .NET developers. The .NET Framework has a new remoting model which is not based on DCOM. DCOM was pretty much dead anyway, once firewalls became widespread and Microsoft got SOAP fever. Of course DCOM will still be used in interop scenarios.

Not immediately. The approach for .NET 1.0 was to provide access to the existing COM+ services (through an interop layer) rather than replace the services with native .NET ones. Various tools and attributes were provided to make this as painless as possible. Over time it is expected that interop will become more seamless - this may mean that some services become a core part of the CLR, and/or it may mean that some services will be rewritten as managed code which runs on top of the CLR.

If you find 5 or more dead birds contact your local DNR office. If you find less than 5 birds and they are Crows and Blue Jays contact your local health department for West Nile Virus sampling. During the aftermath of The Twelve storyline, Cyclops was thought dead, although Apocalypse had merely disappeared as a merged "Cyclopalypse"- style being, with his soul in Cyke's body. Eventually, Phoenix and Cable decided that Cyclops might be alive, and they went looking for him. During the Search for Cyclops mini-series, Phoenix and Cable found Cyclops. Phoenix professed her love for Scott, and was able to rip Poccy's astral self out of Scott's body.

The "barks" and "meows" are what their bodies' sounds are literally physically capable of and are unto themselves one way an animal communicates. They utilize sound waves just as we do, but a dog can't "speak" as we do. Nor can a dolphin roar like a lion.
