Holiday collections are scheduled for Wednesday's. If a Township listed holiday occurs on any collection day, the collection for that day will occur on Wednesday of the holiday week. For example, if the holiday is on Monday or Tuesday the refuse/recycling material is placed curbside on Wednesday before 6:00 am. Most School of Medicine departments receive and drop off their mail at a substation location. Pick ups and deliveries at substations will occur between 8:30 and 9:30 a.m. each day. A second pick-up will occur at approximately 4:00 p.m.

The Preschools are open from 7:30am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday. The After School Program has before school care from 7:30am to 9:00 am, and then reopens from 1:00 pm to 6:00pm Monday through Friday. Preschools are open year-round and are closed on major holidays with a week off during the Winter holidays. The After School Program is closed during major school holidays as well as during the summer, two weeks for the Winter holidays and one week for Spring break.

Practice continues on through July. There is no practice during August for age group swimmers, and the team starts up again just around Labor Day . Juniors and Senior Swimmers do swim for a few weeks in August.
