Schools that do not meet the required number of students in order to conduct a Program component or do not offer the component chosen by their students shall allow them to cross-enroll to other schools irrespective of whether that school is under CHED or TESDA and for ROTC, whether they are managed by different AFP Branches of Service. These students however, shall be subjected to the existing rules and regulations of their original school and the accepting school.

A choice school is a private school that enrolls at least some of its students through the Milwaukee Parental Choice Program. The program pays schools up to $6,351 for qualifying low-income students, compared to the $11,700 average paid for public school students. Most parents already have educational options because of their income. They can move to a suburb with good schools or send their children to a private school.

The color of various fossils is determined by the original sediment in which the fossil was found. During the fossilization process an object absorbs the various minerals which are contained in the dirt surrounding it. Most Skullduggery replicas are finished with a color which is very close to the original's color. Fossil skulls which were found in the La Brea Tar Pit are the only replicas which come in two choices of finish.

All incoming freshmen students, male and female, enrolled in any baccalaureate and in at least two (2) year technical-vocational or associate courses, are required to complete one (1) NSTP component of their choice as a graduation requirement.

Each of the NSTP components shall be undertaken for an academic period of two (2) semesters and credited for three (3) units per semester with 54 to 90 training hours per semester.

Graduates of the non-ROTC components shall belong to the National Service Reserve Corps (NSRC) which could be tapped by the State for literacy and civic welfare activities. Graduates of the ROTC component shall form only part of the AFP Citizen Armed Force, subject to DND requirements.

Bessie Hoffman is a multiage magnet school which uses the High/Scope method of delivering instruction. Any student living within the Lincoln Consolidated Schools boundary is eligible to attend the school.

Schools of choice are schools that are open to all children in Brevard County, regardless of their residence. This allows families to choose the school they prefer their children to attend.

This answer applies ONLY for applications received during the Open Enrollment period. You are more likely to be assigned to one of your designated choices because both the ORDER of your choice AND the tiebreakers are considered at each stage of the assignment process. The School Choice Office (previously known as the Student Assignment/Lottery Office or simply the Lottery Office) is located at 61 S. 6th St., in the 6th Street annex to the Board of Education Building. For Girls, the following rodeo events are available: Breakaway Calf Roping, Barrel Racing, Queen Contest, Team Roping, Girls Cattle Cutting, Goat Tying, and Pole Bending. For the Boys: Bareback Bronc Riding, Steer Wrestling, Saddle Bronc Riding, Calf Roping, Bull Riding, Boys Cattle Cutting, and Team Roping. Contestant is allowed running start; time begins as soon as the horse's nose reaches the starting line and is stopped when horse's nose crosses the finish line.

There are many scholarships available to students; some that are University-wide and others are departmental. Eligibility is automatically evaluated by the Financial Aid Office for all students admitted by March 1st for the following academic year. Scholarships are awarded based on a point scale that is approved annually by the Financial Aid Committee. Fifty percent weight is given to the overall high school GPA and 50 percent is based on the highest ACT score received by March 1st.

Many folks are definitely evaluating the practice of offering Algebra 1 in the Middle School in light of the mathematics content that is now included in the grades 6-8 North Carolina Standard Course of Study (NCSCS). As you look at the middle grades curriculum, you will note a rich curriculum that includes a significant amount of algebra and geometry in addition to the material from the Number & Operation, Measurement, and Data Analysis & Probability strands.

Sometimes students cannot find a course in embryology or histology at their university. Only in these cases will we admit students and allow them to complete the course at the University of Illinois at Chicago while enrolled concurrently in the master's program. This results in very heavy course loads, however.
