You will be picked up from the airport or railway station in Kerala wherever you arrive by Kerala Tours representative. Our representative will be holding a name board with your name written on it at the arrival hall of the airport or railway station. If you are coming as a group then the name of the group will be mentioned on the name board. On that name board the arrival date, time, place and flight or train number will also be mentioned.

We can arrange transfers for you if you wish. Simply let one of our travel consultants know that you require this service, and they will take care of it for you.

Outdoor Leaders will pick you up once you arrive here in Baltimore. If you are coming into BWI, pick up your luggage at the baggage carosal, and look around for someone with a Pre-Orientation sign in that same baggage area. If you are arriving at the Penn Station in Baltimore, a leader will be waiting by the center desk with a sign for Pre-Orientation. If you are coming into the Bus Terminal, a leader will be inside the terminal waiting for you once you get off the bus.

There are taxis right outside of the bus terminal but we are close enough to walk if you want as it is only about 500 meters. We are also within walking distance, just 125 meters from the airstrip. There are also taxis at the airstrip.

There are many taxis at the airport but the easiest and cheapest way is to use the Airport Minibus Service. This operates a fixed rate to any destination inBudapest city. When you arrive go to the Minibus Booking desk in the arrivals hall. Details can be found on www.bud.hu

Guests are met either directly at the apartment, or a courtesy pick up from the bus/train station can be arranged. This service is available free of additional charge.

The railway station of Fréjus is 1,5 kms from the campsite. The car and sleeping train is 4,5 kms. The railway station of Saint-Raphaël-Valescure is 8 kms distance. The bus serving le Domaine du Colombier is : 1 - 11.

The transfer from the airport (Nice Cote d'Azur) or railway station (Antibes or Juan les Pins) is included in the price of a family accommodation program. Please provide us with your information details (flight number and ETA) in advance. If you are accommodated in a residence, the transfer can be organised as a supplement for 45 € one way from/to the airport (90 € return trip) and 15 € one way from/to the railway station (29 € return trip).

No, we do not offer flights or any kind of transportation from your country to France. You will need to contact a travel agent for that.

We are a three minute walk from bus station and boat jetty. The railway station is about 6 kilometers and the nearest airport is 90 kilometers away in Cochin.

Yes. During available windows, the institute will meet students and transport them from and back to either Love Field, DFW, or Greyhound Denton. Students will be met in baggage claim by a staff member wearing an official institute shirt. Be sure to log in after applying and complete the transportation portion of your application form. A $50 fee and all necessary information are due by June 15 to secure transportation.

Airport - The Campus Village is about a 20 minute drive from the airport. However there is also a frequent bus service which takes you to Buchanan Street Bus Station. The campus is then only a 10 minute walk away from the bus station. Train Station - Both Central and Queen Street Railway Stations are within a 10/15 minute walking distance of the Campus Village, or alternatively a short taxi journey of c. 5 minutes.

Yes, under normal weather and traffic conditions. PHL policy prioritizes advanced reservations over short-noticed calls. For the most part, we do not, unless the reservation is made ahead of time. You need to provide a telephone number so we can contact you upon the vehicle’s arrival. In some instances, you may ask to provide a credit card. If you have any questions about this, please do not hesitate to contact us. This is your personal choice, and it depends on your economic situation.

CanAdventure Education provides free transportation to/from base camp from Comox and Campbell River airports, bus and train stations. During the registration process, our Admissions Director will acquire all of the arrival and departure dates and times from you.

If you have friends in Ames they should certainly be your first choice. The Office of International Students and Scholars also sometimes offers a ride service.

The language school will arrange for you to be picked up from the airport and taken to your host family.
