The photo shoots are all TBA but you’ll have ample notification before they are scheduled. We need to get at least 30 applicants per school before we can plan anything. Generally, we’ll close applications for your school, then close voting, then annouce winners and subsequently schedule the photo shoot. All applicants will be photographed at the time of the interview. Please do not wear earrings, hats, glasses or head coverings for the photo. Only minors under the age of 7 that aren't present at the interview need to attach a photo to the DS-156 form. Please provide your utmost professional courtesy and let me know as early as possible if you need to cancel. Canceling the day of the photoshoot or the day before wrecks my schedule, affects my business, and it takes away opportunities for other models to work with me. You will receive at least 15 aerial views of your property. Hide everything! Spacious, clean, and brightly lit rooms show the best. The property should be as free from obscuring decorations and everyday objects as possible. Here are some tips of things to look for: Clear off table arrangements, d?cor, and clutter in each tour room including desktops (i.e. everything but the computer), end tables, dressers, and nightstands. Once I receive a request for an interview and a photo shoot I will work out a convenient time and place for us to get together to do the shoots. Usually it is in your home, but other locations have been used as well. Of course we can always shoot at multiple locations as well.
