Normally the production time for windows is ten working days, not including the order day. Custom shapes such as round tops take longer, usually three to four weeks. If your windows are being installed by us, you should allow three to four weeks. If you really, really need to have the window in a hurry, ask your sales representative about our EXPRESS WINDOW SERVICE.

We ship all of our parts via USPS or FedEx. Based on the availability of parts, it will take approximately 7-14 business days for it to be processed. We ship all of our parts ground, taking about a week or more to be delivered, depending on your location. Should you require expedited shipping or overnight service, this is available to you at standard shipping rates. Due to the hardware we acquire, there will be times when the screws are not exactly as described in the instruction manual.

We strive to ship all orders promptly, usually on the same or next day that you submit your order. We use USPS Priority Mail, which takes 2-5 business days for delivery in the USA, including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. In most cases, USPS tracking information will be emailed to you at the time your order is processed. International orders are normally shipped Global Priority Mail and are received in 6-12 business days.

Manufacturing lead times can vary. Once your order is placed it can take from 3-4 weeks for vinyl and aluminum, 4-8 weeks for wood products and 4-10 weeks for fiberglass to arrive.

A: Orders will ship one day after your order is receive and billing is approved. Approved orders placed Monday through Thursday will ship the next day; approved orders placed Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will ship on Monday. All orders are shipped USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation. Your order arrive within 4-5 days. All overseas order are shipped via Global Priority Mail, which takes approximately 7-10 days. Please keep in mind that it is our goal to ship your order the same day it is placed if we receive your order before 11:00 am Pacific Standard Time. For orders received by noon central time, in-stock merchandise will usually ship the same business day. If any item is out of stock, you will be informed by e-mail and/or telephone as to the date it will be available to ship. Items from our In-Store Inventory Database are available for immediate shipping, and you may receive it within 48 hours using UPS Overnight or 2nd Day Service. Order processing is complete within 72 business hours from receipt of the order as long as prepayment is received or a purchase order is provided. We have noticed that the time it takes to open our search programs under Windows ME is considerably longer than under any other version of Windows. This has to do with the default extension used when binding the template to the user version of the program. By changing the extension code in the file name to anything else, the files open MUCH faster.

There is no waiting time to receive your download. When you have paid, click "Return to Lynne Publishing" and then click "Proceed to your product download page". You are then taken directly to the page where you can download your product and your official Invoice and Music License Certificate. Additionally, an email is automatically sent out to you.

Once an order is placed you can expect to wait 4-8 weeks for installation. This is predicated on first come first serve basis. Typically the warmer months have longer wait times.

Most homes are completed in just one day. In certain occasions an install may go beyond a single day if the installation is more complicated than normal or if there are several windows to replace.
