When replacing a shroud, holes need to be drilled in the shroud because it is not possible to pre-drill the holes at the factory and have them match the existing holes in the frame.

To maintain maximum flexibility for our customers, "blank" (no mounting holes) assemblies are available. This permits application specific pattern, sizes and features to be added prior to final assembly. This also permits rapid "alternative source" capability. Standard ALM bolt holes patterns are available in English or Metric sizes. All CAD drawings include the standard pattern and dimensional reference charts are available by model type.

On the 4' models, the mounting holes are 4" from each end and one is centered at 24". On 3' models, the mounting holes are 4" from each end and 16" down from the top for the third hole. The MAG racks have the mounting holes 5" from each end and 20" up from the bottom.

Carpets are manufactured and dyed in batches and as such one batch might be subtly different from another - this makes trying to colour match more of an art and less of a science and cannot be guaranteed. No scientific studies have ever proved that the total removal of carpet on its own has ever clinically benefited asthma patients.

Generally speaking, no. It is very difficult to get an exact match because the appearance of a tile depends on many factors - the clay, glazes, method of firing and, of course, its age. The time and effort required to experiment on achieving a match makes the cost prohibitive without any guarantee of success.
