Gundam Wing is an Anime show about five teenagers sent to the Earth to take part in a war. The series is a few years old but it clearly explains the views many people have on warfare and the outcome of wars.

There is no connection between Mobile Suit Gundam and Gundam Wing. Mobile Suit Gundam and its sequels use the Universal Century calendar, while Gundam Wing is an alternate universe series that uses the After Colony calendar.

However, its developers gave the Hazel a Gundam-style head in order to test its psychological effectiveness against Zeon remnants, and the Titans Test Team pilots thus refer to it as a Gundam.
