We use a flow-over system for the majority of our stripping. This system consists of a large (4’ X 8’) pan that has a drain on one end. The remover, which is thin like water, is collected in a five gallon bucket and pumped through a nylon bristle brush. After the finish is removed the piece is rinsed with water and allowed to dry. This system is more costly to operate than a dip system but saves time in the prep and repair stages of refinishing.

Paraffin dip is a treatment for the symptoms of joint and muscle conditions, such as arthritis, that consists of melted mineral wax derived from petroleum applied to a body area. Paraffin dips can be especially helpful in relieving the pain and stiffness of arthritis involving the small joints of the hands or feet when used as a small bath. The hands and feet are repeatedly dipped into the melted, warm wax and the wax allowed to cool and harden around the sore joints.

The dip switches allow you to change the format of the digitizer output. Particular dip switch settings should be chosen based on the demand of the particular software application being used. See your User's Manual for more information on dip switches.

It is a tough flexible coating...Tool Handle Dip. Rather than brushing I have found that it is better to apply it thick with a serrated squeegee. Then lightly tip it off with a brush dipped in solvent. This system does not particularly soak into the fabric weave and yields the best ripstop results. Plasti-Dip does add a fair amount of weight.

You can use wire cutters to snip the arm length, then dip the cut ends in Liquid Rubber used for coating metal tools ( you may find some in your workshop) Or, you can coat the tips with nail polish and let dry.
