Visa processing takes 2 workdays. The visa will be returned to you by Embassy appointed courier service, Secure Mail Services. Yes. If your priority date is current, that it to say a visa number is already available for your use and you have been scheduled for an immigrant visa interview, you are required to pursue your immigrant visa application. You cannot apply for a V visa.

A17 - Previously, applicants had to qualify with previous travels abroad to avoid the need to come to the Embassy in person. However, from 28 November 2005, there will be no such restrictions on applications via a courier at the Visa Section in Moscow. The Moscow Visa Section will only accept applications submitted by accredited travel agency couriers. We will not be able to accept applications from individuals in person.
