Your score report provides your test results for the test administration date indicated on the report. For each test you took, the report lists your total test score, whether or not you met the qualifying score, and an indication of your performance in each subarea or section of the test. For each subarea or section, the score report indicates the number of test questions (within a general range, e.g., 1-10, 11-20) that are in this section of the test.

You can request your official test scores for the TOEFL and the GRE from the Educational Testing Service (ETS). Applicants to the MSF program should request their scores be sent to Institution Code #1836; Department Code 00. GMAT scores are provided by PearsonVue. Scores should be sent to the MSF program using the code VKRTK14. Interviews are conducted on an invitation only basis. Please refrain from calling or emailing the MSF office to request an interview.

For a high school transcript, it must have the date of graduation. College transcripts must arrive in a sealed envelope from the sending institution. In order for the student to receive credit for each class, TAMU-C must receive an official transcript from each school attended. Although classes may be listed on one transcript, the school may have listed it as the course it transferred in instead of what class TAMU-C would transfer it in.

Call the MARS number (301.403.0500) or make your request via WEB (www.testudo.umd.edu). Transcripts will be mailed the day after your request has been received. There is no charge for transcripts. No because these core courses are required to meet the standards of the National Policy Board for Educational Administration and the National Council for Accreditation in Teacher Education (NCATE).

Requests for an official transcript must be in writing to the Registrar’s office. Forms can be found in the Owensboro office or you can write a request. An online transcript request form is available through the WKU Registrar's website. Payment, $4.00 per transcript, must accompany the requests. Be sure to include your name, social security number or Western ID, and the location where you want your transcripts sent.

The Fox School takes the highest score acquired on the GMAT. There are no limits to how many times you take the GMAT.

You will receive with your official score report an explanation of how to read and interpret your scores. CCI maintains all pass/fail results for everyone who takes the CNOR exam, but we have no copies of the official letter a candidate receives from the testing agency. However, we can send a verification letter of the pass/fair results on CCI letterhead.

You may request a handscoring of a multiple-choice test, or you may make an appointment to attend a score verification session in Tallahassee. See "Requesting a Handscore or Score Verification Session" for information about these options or refer to the information included with score reports when they are mailed. Performance sections of tests, such as essays or recorded speaking sections of language tests, have been scored by two raters, and if required, by a referee.

A written request with your signature is required to obtain a transcript. Forms are available online or at the Admissions Office windows in the College Center. You may submit a request in person, by mail or by sending a fax to (916) 691-7467. Include your name, student ID number, date of birth, social security number, where you wish the transcript sent, and your signature. You may request two official transcripts at no charge, and there is a $2 fee for each one thereafter.
