If you are designated as the owner of a resource, you want the Access an Exchange Resource in Webmail or Outlook 2007 document.

Click on OK a few times and then run Outlook. The additional mailbox should be listed. If you receive errors when you try to expand it you need to check your permissions to the mailbox.

Choose the folder you want to access by clicking the down arrow at the end of the folder labeled Folder:

To access via web through the Exchange interface, enter the following url into a browser:http://owa.nomedominio.ext then enter your email and the password you chose when you activated your Exchange account in the form.

The Checking Outlook Mail with Other Mail Clients document provides the settings for configuring other mail clients for checking your UNT Outlook mail.

In the navigation bar at the left of your Outlook window, highlight the 'Mailbox'... it's likely to appear as 'Mailbox - Jane Smith' or similar. A size summary window will be displayed. It will show local Mailbox size, and server Mailbox size. The total values for these two should be roughly the same.

Trying to access my mail account via the Web, I get an error message regarding a failure to get my inbox.

To access your mailbox via telephone, call 1383 (non toll free number) or 65-62341383 (if overseas). The system will then guide you to enter your password and mailbox number (if you are not retrieving from your own phone). Upon verifying your password and mailbox number (if required), the system will then guide you to retrieve your messages.

The ORC number is the unique number assigned to each resource. It is a convenient way to identify particular materials if you are contacting ORC or working with colleagues. You can find the ORC number at the top of an ORC brief record or at the top of an ORC full record.

Individual Account is for one person, to host one meeting at a time using a single login Account from any PC or Mac. You can also run reports on meetings that have been hosted. Shared Accounts allow you to create an unlimited number of login Accounts for others within the same company. This gives each user their own login credentials so they can host their own meetings but only one person can host a meeting concurrently.
