The amount of recording time is dictated by your recording device. A standard VCR can record for up to 10 hours if a T-200 tape is used. We offer a long-playing VCR that will record for 24 to 960 hours on one tape, and also a VCR that only turn on and record when activity is present (video motion detection-VMD).

TIFF files are very large files that take longer to write to the memory card and fill up the memory card more rapidly than RAW or JPEG files. A TIFF file in the EVOLT E-510 would be about 30 MB. It is more efficient to shoot in RAW and save the RAW conversion as a TIFF file in the OLYMPUS Master? or OLYMPUS Studio? applications.

There is no software limitation. As long as the local Hard Disk has free space available, MMS DVR can keep recording. There are two options. MMS DVR accepts a minimum amount of free disk space, which once reached, results in the deletion of the older video files to free up disk space. In alternative whenever the minimum amount of free disk space set, is reached, the recording is stopped.

Why is it so complicated to get the exposure right on my pictures? (Why doesn't the camera just capture what my eye sees?)

The Swann Black Knight Camera receiver is only capable of displaying an image from one wireless camera at a time. To view or record more than one camera you must set the switch at the back of the receiver to 'Loop'. This will make the wireless receiver automatically cycle through the 4 channels sequentially, and pause on each for about 5 seconds before repeating the sequence. Note that only the active camera is displayed for viewing or recording while the receiver is set to 'Loop'.

Some non-Panasonic camcorders may not work properly or not work at all with the HS2. All Panasonic products are compatible with the HS2.

After we receive the cameras from you, within five (5) business days, we download all the photos and create a Photo CD set and mail this to you. Within the same five business days, we create your photo website for all your guests to view. Once you receive the CD set, this will signify that your website is ready as well.

If you are using a trial/evaluation version, it has a 40 seconds time limitation, on this case, you need to buy a registration code from us to register it to remove the limitation.
