When a member sends you a note, it goes straight into your onsite message Inbox. We then send an email to your personal email address to let you know that it's there. To read the note, simply login to the site and go to your Inbox on the My Mailbox page of your Member Menu. Or you can click on the 'go to inbox' link next to Messages at the top of your pages. If you decide to write back, simply click "reply", write your own message and send away.

During your program, we will "formally" communicate in person or by phone every week. We may also communicate via e-mail between sessions to exchange pertinent information or to offer additional support or to celebrate a success. I also offer a newsletter on related coaching and self-empowerment topics.

The web page is updated with new letters monthly. If you recently sent in a letter, it should appear within four to six weeks. If you submitted a letter some time ago and it isn't here, please notify the Premerger Office. E-mailing an electronic version of your letter to the PNO will help us post the letter here more quickly.

The bulk of communication is done via e-mail which is quickest and perhaps easiest way. We respond to e-mails within 15 min to max. 24 hrs. However, we can always talk on phone, by fax or chat online to clear up things.
