You can re-arrange the time of a swap (if your swap partner is agreeable) but you can't withdraw from one without risking a 'No Show' rating. Once you have agreed to a swap the book is placed 'On Hold' on your book list. The only way this can be returned to your list is if your swap partner agrees to Feedback as 'No Show'.
