The paint finishes used on our panels are the highest quality. We start out with a high-tensile steel. We then coat it with a Galvalume 55% zinc, 45% aluminum coating. They are next pre-treated with primer, and then finally coated with a high quality baked-on enamel paint system.

Freezing BroccoSprouts will not hurt the antioxidant potential of the sprouts at all. Unfortunately, when the sprouts are thawed they become quite mushy and soft. If you plan to use the sprouts in a soup or other dish where this will not be a factor, then freezing will be fine. If you desire a fresh, crunchy sprout, they are best kept in the refrigerator.
