Yes, but we would like advance notice of your intention to do so. If you bring your own boat, we do not provide you with one of our dinghies, as experience has shown that towing two boats leads to disasters! You must take great care to avoid damaging the houseboat (which is fibre-glass) with your boat (especially "tinnies!"). Generally the answer is yes. There are some communities that are a little more stringent than others. Bay Creek Villas does not allow any watercraft on trailers, empty trailers or any vehicles on trailers to be parked in their parking area.
