Ok, we'll confess. We really don't have as much time to actively work with the stones as we'd like. Most frequently we sit with them while watching television or reading. If they are small they'll ride around in our bras. We frequently sleep with our rocks too. We don't usually take the time to purposefully meditate with the crystals, although this is a perfectly viable way to work with them, and recommended.
