If you run the classifier weka.classifiers.functions.LibSVM and get the libsvm classes not in CLASSPATH! error message, you are missing the libsvm jar archive in your current classpath. By default, Telnet Magic allows an unlimited number of instances to be started. In release 2.1.7 and above, you can limit the number of instances by adding the the following DWORD registry entry: and setting it to the maximum number of instances you wish to allow.
