Make sure you download version 0.99.7 which fixes that bug. If that still crashes, you probably have some strange extension/INIT that is conflicting with Bolo. Try using Macsbug, a debugger that catches such crashes and allows you to resume without rebooting. Download Macsbug, uncompress it, put it in the top level of your System Folder, and restart. In the past we found that the duplicate key errors occurred about the time of where the data was upgraded from one version of MYM DOS to the next version of MYM DOS.
