DenyHosts Frequently Asked QuestionsAddresses obtained by your DenyHosts daemon via synchronization download will be subject to purging based on your PURGE_DENY configuration setting. It is therefor suggested that you set a reasonable PURGE_DENY value to keep your HOSTS_DENY file from growing excessively large. If the optional PURGE_THRESHOLD (new in v2.4) value is defined and not 0 (zero) then a host will be purged atmost this many times. That is, if this value is set to 3, then DenyHosts will purge a host atmost 3 times. See similar questions...

Why does it ignore paragraph parameters?
TeX Frequently Asked Questions - Section 16When TeX is laying out text, it doesn't work from word to word, or from line to line; the smallest complete unit it formats is the paragraph. The paragraph is laid down in a buffer, as it appears, and isn't touched further until the end-paragraph marker is processed. It's at this point that the paragraph parameters have effect; and it's because of this sequence that one often makes mistakes that lead to the paragraph parameters not doing what one would have hoped (or expected).
