There could be several reasons why you can't access Blackboard from your home computer, but can from another one (a SJC lab computer, a friend's computer, etc.). a) If your Internet Service Provider is AOL on the problem computer, do not attempt to login into Blackboard via the web browser built into AOL. Since there are so many different ways to run a home network we can't provide support to users on this issue. There are a few ways you can connect to the VPN but they may not all be possible depending on your ISP and the type of NAT router you use. These same options also work with wireless networks.
