Decisions regarding offers are made as quickly as possible after reviewing the interviewers' comments. Candidates should expect to know their status within one to four days after their callback.

There is no definite answer to this question. You will be selected only if/when an investigator who has a position available visits the database and is impressed with your credentials. On or about May 15, those who have not been selected will be informed via e-mail. Remember, there is no central selection committee for this program.

We have a rolling admissions policy; in other words, we review applications throughout the entire year. After we have received all of the necessary information, it takes about 4 weeks to hear back regarding acceptance.

During the application process, applicants will have an opportunity to answer job-related questions. Applicants will know immediately if they have been referred to the hiring department for evaluation. Hiring departments will contact applicants they wish to interview. Please understand that the review process takes time. You will be contacted if the department feels that an interview is necessary. If you are not contacted, the hiring unit has made a decision not to interview you.

Furthermore, any action taken against an employee as a consequence of the findings of the investigation may be personal and confidential, in which case, it cannot be disclosed to a third party.

The time between sending your application and the time we take to reply will depend on events taking place at the theatre and also the number of applications for a single placement. We will always acknowledge that we have received your application then once we have short listed for a certain placement we will write to all candidates to let them know whether they have been successful in getting an interview.

Hearing is a series of events in which the ear converts sound waves into electrical signals and causes nerve impulses to be sent to the brain where they are interpreted as sound. You should receive an email from CIEE within two to three weeks once your application is complete (all materials have been submitted to CIEE, and CIEE has received the Home School Nomination form from the Learning Abroad Center). CIEE will not review your application until all materials are submitted.

Admission notification and fellowship letters are usually sent out in March. Please do not contact the Department regarding admission decisions until after March 15.

Processing time for a major application is approximately three weeks. You will be notified of your status by letter.

You can expect to hear from us within three to six weeks. If you do not hear from us within that time, you can assume that we do not currently have an opening that fits your profile.

Single band DXCC awards are available for 12, 17 and 30 meters. There are also endorsements for the 5-Band DXCC for these bands. These bands can also be used towards the various mode awards. Awards for 12, 15, 17, 20 and 30 meters are dated only. There are no sequential awards numbers for these awards. These awards are all endorseable.

Typically, WestWind will respond to LOIs between 4 to 6 weeks after the letter has been received. Please note that the foundation tries diligently to respond quickly, but staff resources are limited. Please be patient and do not contact the foundation regarding a letter of inquiry. The foundation will respond to all submissions.

Most doctors require a minimum of 24 to 48 hours for approval of refills or changes. Some require more while others require less. We strive to submit requests and process the responses as quickly as possible.

Once you qualify as a pensioned Harvard retiree, you are eligible for a Harvard University Retiree card, which entitles you to all the privileges of a longer-service employee card. Production of Retiree cards is not automatic. You must first go to the Benefits Office on the 6th floor of Holyoke Center. They will fill out an authorization form for you. Please bring that form and your current Staff or Officer card to 953 Holyoke Center and we will produce a Retiree ID card for you.
