First, you need to select 'getwireless.net' or 'Getwireless.net' from the available wireless networks. Next you need to launch your Internet browser. (ie. Internet Explorer or Firefox, etc). At this point try to go to any webpage. You should be redirected to our signup/login page. If you don't have an account you can signup for a particular time period: One hour, One day, One week, etc. If you do have an account you can use your username and password to login.

Yes. You may connect your Waterford WISP high speed internet service to either an existing or a new in-home network. We can advise you on what equipment to get, if you would like to install an-in-home network. We can also help with the installation, if desired.

You can connect multiple computers to a single CIS Wireless Broadband service. CIS Wireless Broadband will provide 1 dedicated private IP address per connection. If you have purchased a service with static IP addresses, then you can have as many computers as static IP addresses. If you are using the multi-user service, you can connect up to 29 hosts to your DSL router with one or more Ethernet hubs. When using an Ethernet hub, you will need to connect one port to the DSL router; the other ports can each be used to connect to a PC. If you are using the single-user service, you will only be able to connect one PC directly to the ADSL modem/bridge.

Yes, AB Tutor Control uses the TCP/IP protocol which is the networking standard of the Internet. In order to connect to another machine, you need to know its IP address. An IP address is a unique number that identifies the machine on the Internet. You need to add this IP address into the Tutor Control program (See Tools - Configuration - Network). The performance will vary depending on the amount of networking bandwidth you have.
