If your order ships with Fedex or UPS, it is not necessary, but we need to know ahead of time to put a release on the order. We are not responsible for orders that are lost or stolen after delivery if you have released the order from being signed for. Orders that ship on a freight line are explained below.

If that particular driver on your route requires a signature, they will leave instructions as to how to obtain your package. A signature is required for expedited shipping. An Agreement is available from your Account Manager and tickets cost approximately $0.03 plus GST each. Simply affix the ticket to your parcel (together with your normal prepaid ticket or PBLink Combo label). This indicates to the courier that your goods are to be left at the premises - without a signature.
