Currently we deliver to all 50 U.S. States, the District of Columbia and U.S. Territories. Additional delivery charges will be applied on shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories. Please call us at 1-800-933-0053 for information on these delivery rates or for assistance with shipping to an APO or international address. We don't deliver to P.O. boxes at this time. Furniture that ships via UPS or FedEx Ground typically will be left at your door if you are not there at the time of delivery.

We apologize but due to our size, we only ship USPS First Class. We hope that as we grow, we’ll be able to offer more options. All orders are shipped within 5 working days of the order being received and actual delivery time may vary depending on location of the purchaser.

Costs vary with the exact location and terrain of your home site. Your home will be shipped on Guildcrest’s specially designed flatbed trucks and we'll arrange for the crane that will offload and assemble the modules.

During the order process, you must provide a shipping address located within the United States. For the lowest possible shipping charge, select the standard shipping option of 7-10 business days or, you may choose priority delivery (3-5 business days) for an additional service charge. If you must use a P. O. box as your shipping address, make every effort to include a street address and be sure to include your telephone number.
