You are selecting the "print" option from your browser. You must select the Adobe Print icon (underneath your browser buttons) to print out the entire file.

First, make sure that you are using the Print button from within Adobe Reader and not the browser Print button. PDF documents can contain large image files, and therefore take more memory and time to prepare for printing. If your printer does not have a large amount of installed memory, it may not be able to spool the entire job at once. Try printing only half the pages at a time by specifying a range. Not easily. Full versions of Acrobat have a text selection tool (big T) that allows export of text. In exporting tables, the columns are separated only by spaces, and you can't discriminiate these breaks from the spaces between hundreds and thousands without looking back at the pdf.
