Your Microsoft Outlook mailbox grows as you create and receive items. You can reduce the size of your mailbox by storing some messages locally on your own computer in Personal Folders. These could be messages having to do with a specific project or messages with large attachments. You can also use Personal Folders to transfer items from one computer to another. In the Types of storage area, click on Office Outlook Personal Folders File (.pst) to create a new Outlook .pst file.

OsaSync supports working with more then one .pst file. In case you work with more then one .pst file you have also more then one top level folder. The default name of the .pst file is Outlook.pst. For some reason, MS took out the ability to put pictures in the background of your folders in XP. Below are the steps required to get your selected picture back in there...•Open the folder you want a background on.•Make sure you can see ALL files. Unfortunately, the behaviour you are seeing is a limitation of the OLE interface that Outport uses. The only way around that, that I know of, is to copy the folders you are interested in to your Outlook Today folder.
