If you have registered your Email address on the Update Information page, you can have your password sent to you via Email. This is by far the simplest method. If you know your the PIN that ECSI initially assigned to you, you may Reset Your Password. You can then go back and change your password to something you will remember.

Visit www.wiredplastic.com and login. Click on Update Profile and choose Change Card PIN Number, or contact customer service at (801)383-1003; they can help you reset and choose a new PIN.

If you forget your Direct Payment Card PIN or access code, call Chase Customer Service at 1-877-221-1634 to select a new one. You should choose numbers that are easy for you to remember, but hard for someone else to figure out.

Both your Username and PIN are case sensitive. For example, if you type in your PIN: ILLIAD, you must always type it in upper case letters. If you type your PIN: illiad, it will not work. This is also the case with your username (your library card number). If you've forgotten your PIN or still can't access your account, contact the Special Services Department at 630-2986 or e-mail the Special Services staff for help at ill@coj.net. The staff will reset your PIN for you.
