Refurbished as new computers are sourced from customer returns and have been factory refurbished - they are not new. They may differ to the original manufactures specification and will not ship with any additional software applications other than the operating system where indicated. The manufacturers specifications published elsewhere should therefore be disregarded if an item is refurbished as new.
