Global Address Book is a shared address book, which can be read by all users in the same domain. Only domain administrator can add/edit/delete the contacts. Only system user or domain administrator can set a user as domain administrator.

In order to add a contact you will first need to set up a group in your Address Book by clicking on "Create a new Group". Once having named a group, click on the group name in your address book and it will open up your group page. Click on the "Add Contact" button, fill in the contact's details and submit, and your contact will be added to the group.
