We like our passengers to arrive as soon after 10.00am as possible, preferably not before as the crew have their duties to prepare for your trip. We usually return at approximately 4.30pm depending upon whether we have to queue at any of the locks. If you do arrive promptly then we try to get to Shepperton Lock for lunch.

During the weekend, you should arrive at 08:00 am for check-in, registration and training. If your skydive is in week, you can turn up a little later at 09:00 am.

For example, if your stop is halfway between a 10:25 a.m. stop and a 10:35 a.m. stop, you can expect the bus or shuttle to arrive at 10:30 a.m. Please note that some of the stops are very close together in both distance and time. In these cases, it is a good idea to look at the time for the key stop that comes right before your own and to be at your stop at that time.

While it is our goal to provide on-time service, service may vary somewhat from published times due to severe weather, construction, traffic detours, traffic congestion, or other unforeseen conditions. We regret any inconvenience to our riders when emergencies prevent advance notice of schedule changes.

You will receive a phone call from a staff nurse the day before your surgery to review last minute pre-operative instructions with you and confirm your arrival time the day of surgery. Generally, we ask that our patients arrive at the Surgery Center 1 hour prior to surgery.

In Monteverde, tour times are 7:30 am, 10:30 am and 2:30 pm DAILY. At the Iguana Park location, you should arrive by around 9:30 am. We can accomodate groups arriving later as well, but you must arrive before 1:00 pm atIguana Park. Please make reservations in advance so you will be assured that there will a guide waiting for you when you arrive.

We recommend that you arrive approximately 10 minutes before your appointment time. This allows you to have your clothes and props carried in and your paperwork taken care of before time for your sitting. If you have an appointment at 2:00 and you arrive late or you're not ready, you will have less time in the camera room. If you need time to finish getting ready, please arrive early enough to be ready on time. If you are running late, you may have to eliminate one of your outfits.

Our check-in time is 4:30 p.m. You may call us on the day of your arrival to see if a 1:00 p.m. check-in is available. Usually we can accommodate an early check-in only if the room is unoccupied the night before your arrival. There is an early check-in fee for arrival before 1:00 p.m. Our check-out time is 2:00 p.m. Arrangements for a late check-out must be made before 2:00 p.m. of your last day and are subject to availability. There is a fee for late check-out.
