Some users have been unable to get certain Flash files to open in Microsoft Internet Explorer. There appears to be some problems with the install files for the latest version of Flash. The best workaround we know of is to use the Flash uninstall tool to completely remove the Flash player. then, reboot your computer and browse to http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.

Open your PDF file by Adobe Reader and Print it using PDFill PDF Writer to get a new PDF. Then, fill the new PDF. Please reduce Page Resolution to 75 or 100 dpi. Select Menu Format > PDFill Options > Page Resolution. The PDF page inside PDFill may look not so clear. But, the saved PDF has no problem at all. Click the Refresh Button on the view bar. If the file type appears in the Save dialog but is grayed out, you may need to change the image type. For instance, you can't save an RGB as a GIF (convert to indexed first) or an indexed image to JPEG (convert to RGB first). GIMP comes with full support for a few types built in. Your computer's resource is low. In other words, you may have several applications running, and your computer may not have sufficient RAM to open another PDF document. In this case, we recommend that you first save the file to your computer by right clicking the mouse and choosing "Save Target As ...", and then open the file in Adobe Acrobat Reader. You may not have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer or you may have an earlier version.

If an item has little or no description, sometimes the flash player doesn't have enough room in the top portion of the page and covers the files below. If you don't want to add a description (which would be nice, so that people know what they're listening to), you can add extra space in the description field using paragraph tags.

Internet Explorer is tightly integrated with Windows. Windows locks some of the Internet Explorer files so they cannot be deleted in Windows. Internet Explorer uses three main Index.dat files (Cache, Cookies, and History). These files are locked by Windows and cannot normally be deleted. There is an option to remove the Internet Explorer Index Files on Windows Start located on the Settings tab (requires reboot).

When you browse the internet, image and data from the web sites you visit, get downloaded onto the "Temporary Internet Files" folder of your computer. Selecting this option will remove all these Temporary Internet Files when Ki-Washer is run from next time onwards.

When you visit a Web page, IE caches the page contents to disk so that the next time you visit the page, IE can read certain elements (e.g., images) from the local disk instead of having to download them again. This functionality also lets you view pages you've looked at before, even if you're not connected to the Web. IE stores the files in the \%userprofile%\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files folder (e.g., C:\Documents and Settings\john\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files).

PopUpCop does duplicate some of the configuration features of Internet Explorer (IE). However, it provides a much friendlier user interface for frequently-used features. For example, if you have a dial-up connection and would like to turn images off so that pages load faster, install PopUpCop's Images On/Off button on your toolbar. You'll find it much more convenient to click this button than to click down through IE's layers of dialog boxes.

Windows that pop up from the first synchronized window will be synchronized, but newly opened windows of Internet Explorer will not be synchronized.
