If you've forgotten your User Name or Password, go to the home page and click the forgot password link on the top left pane of the page. Next, type the email address you used when you registered, then click Submit. You will receive an email from feedback@ndei.org containing your User Name and Password. (It's important to keep your email address current. If your email address changes at any time after you register, be sure to update it using the "My Profile" link from the "My NDEI" page.)

If you entered an email address in your profile you can click on "Login Help" on the Careers page and request that your User Name or Password be sent to your email address. If you do not have an email address in your profile, you will need to create a new User Name and Password and recreate your application.

Don't panic, simply go to the logon page by clicking the 'Logon' button on the left menu, select the 'Lost Password' option and follow the instructions. If you are still having trouble logging onto the site and/or cannot complete the 'Lost Password' procedure please contact us by clicking the 'Contact' button on the left menu.

Send us an e-mail and accurately identify yourself with your first and last name, and the e-mail address you used when you first applied for membership to Cocktailboyz.com. We will e-mail your correct user name and password back to you.

You are advised to call 100 or e-mail us at tmonline@tm.com.my and quote your bill account number, I/C or passport number/Business Registration Number.

On the sign in page you will see a link that says Forgot your Password? Have it emailed to you. Click that link and enter the same email address you used to create your account.

If you have lost or forgotten your password, enter your e-mail address on this page and click "Submit." An e-mail from "help@boston.com" with the subject line "Boston.com Account Request" will be sent to the address you supplied during registration. Click the link in the e-mail to choose a new password for your Boston.com membership. Please note that your password must contain at least 6 characters.

If the problem is just the password then as long as you have the order number and either account email address or user name this can be automatically reset by visiting www.enterprisessl.com and clicking on the 'forgotten password' link. If you do not have the details required above, please send an email, from the account administrative email address to passwordreminder@comodogroup.com with as much detail as possible so that we can locate your order.

If you have forgotten your user name you will need to Contact Us immediately. You will need to provide us with your first and last name, as well as your license number and the answer to the security question in order to receive your user name.

In order to retrieve a forgotten password you will need to contact our support department at support@realvegasonline.com, or you can call our support department by phone 24 hours a day at: 1-888-262-5118

Please navigate to the Transact Portal (http://www.tc.gc.ca/transact/). Click on Update My Account Profile. The login page has a link to a password assistance page where you can request that your password be reset by entering either your username or email address.
