If a faculty member is placed on the tenure track, and they are successfully renewed through the end of their clock, they are guaranteed a formal review for tenure within the department. You will have freehold title (private ownership) on your home parcel under Community Title structure and a share in the common property of The Ecovillage. Academic interviews are typically two full days. You will most likely go out to dinner twice, and they almost always take you to nice restaurants, so plan your attire accordingly. Robert: No. We try to see everyone that comes to the clinic each day, with or without an appointment. We do try to see those with appointments at the time of their appointment and are happy to work walk-in clients in, asking only for your patience as we work you into the schedule.
