This is a welcome pack to settle you in before you can walk up the road to the local shops to purchase your own perishables. Also the Studio has guests who arrive after the local shops have closed and leave early for morning flights before the local shops open. The welcome pack provisions assists them to have a hot drink and a small cereal breakfast before they leave.

The en-suite facilities include a bathroom (or shower) and toilet as part of the room itself. A room listed as basic is just the room (normally with wash basin), while the toilet and bathroom are separate, often down the corridor.

No, breakfast is not included in room's price. Should you wish to have it, it will be enough do go to the breakfast area of the hotel where breakfast is served between 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. and have it. The vast majority of students here are assigned to standard double rooms. We do, however, have a handful of rooms that are over-sized and designed to accommodate three students. The fee for these rooms is slightly less. These rooms are not double rooms that have been converted to triples to accommodate overcrowded conditions. Single rooms are scarce on the Midtown campus and in several of our Westside buildings.

In some circumstances, yes: two married or engaged people, or siblings, can stay in a single host family or shared apartment room. In this case, the cost is 1.5 times the cost of one person staying in the room. For a private apartment, there are no restrictions on who can stay. However, there is a surcharge of 8000 yen per week for the second person. These apartments are also quite small, so not perfectly suited to two guests.
