NPC characters such as monsters and various "travelers" are directed by the Monster Master. If you wish to play a monster on a weekend, you do not have to pay to attend (you must be a member of course). In exchange, you play the role you are assigned.

Originally, I hated these things, because it seemed weird to me that a Hill Giant might start adventuring as a much smaller creature who didn't know too much about being a Hill Giant, and learns how to be Huge through experience. But in this setting, it seems completely acceptable (the characters are developing students, after all). So, yeah, I'll allow them.

A regular rank uses your best time from any chassis. It is common, for example, to set a best time at Spa in an Eagle but a best time at Monaco in a Ferrari or Brabham.

While there is no universally agreed criteria to define a game as a "monster game," the usual criteria is any game title featuring multiple maps, hundreds of counters, suitable for team play, and requiring a significant amount of time to play.

Monster Points are kind of like currency on the PopcornMonsters.com, if you do something good for the site, you will get rewarded with Monster Points. You can take those Monster Points and Buy stuff from the Prize Catalog, or you can use them to enter Contests. There are two levels of Points: Monster Points, and Prize Points. Prize Points can be used to buy stuff, and when you buy something your prize points will go down.

Many songs are not licensed through ASCAP, and so are not in the ACE database. The clearance departments at BMI and SESAC, two other U.S. music licensing organizations, may have information on the song you're looking for. Currently the ACE database is derived from ASCAP's performed works title database, i.e., a database of titles that have appeared in one of ASCAP's domestic performance surveys. As ASCAP's new registration format is rolled out, more and more registered works will appear on ACE.

Yes. They are mostly Japanese traditional monsters called "Yokai" from folk tales, Kabuki, Ukiyoe, and Shigeru MIZUKI's manga. They all have names and stories behind them. Some of them are from very famous art pieces such as "Fuujin (Wind God)" and "Raijin (Thunder God)". There is also some homage to the oldest Japanese manga, "Choju Giga" and Kenji MIYAZAWA's "The Night on the Galactic Railroad".

Well, some monsters act rather intelligent but then, some players do too. First we assume that your opponent doesn't attack you. If he does you have to flee or defend yourself anyway. You can always examine the opponent. Does it have a title or description that reveals anything? You can introduce yourself (type 'introduce myself') and see what response you get. Try talking to the opponent and asking questions. You can't expect all other players to talk to you.

I thought you were one already! (Just kidding) I've done a few custom portraits, but they are much more expensive than my characters because I can only sell them once after all that hard work! Thus, custom portraits are $800.00 each (one person in the photo only).
