Use the Frequent Contacts tab in the Address Book to access your most frequently used or most recently used e-mail addresses. When you send an e-mail message the address is automatically copied to the Frequent Contacts address book. You can view the date and time you last used an address and the number of times you have used it. Once an entry is placed in Frequent Contacts, it remains there until you delete it.

The Outlook Address Book is a property assigned to a source of contact information. The Contacts folder used in Outlook is automatically assigned as an OAB, you cannot change this. If you create another folder in Outlook containing contacts you can manually assign this folder to be an OAB: Outlook Express also has a data store assigned as an OAB and Windows synchronizes all entries between the OE datastore and your Outlook contacts folder.

Answer: This is generally a two step process. First, you export from whatever program your contacts are currently in. Then, you import this file into your address book. To import, go to the Administration page of your address book, and choose the Import command. If you would like to import your existing Microsoft Outlook Contacts and/or MS Outlook Express Address Book into your BuzMe Contacts, you will first need to export your MS Outlook Contacts and/or MS Outlook Express Address Book into a "Comma Separated Values" (.CSV) file. Although the Contacts folder can contain subfolders, Outlook can only export one folder at a time. You may need to create additional .CSV files for each folder you wish to import.

Your SIM card contacts will be automatically downloaded to your Personal Address Book when you use the SIM Phone Book Backup service. Any edits on the SIM card entries in your Personal Address Book will also send the updates to your SIM Phone Book Backup. Unfortunately your GroupWise Frequent Contacts list is not saved in standard address book format; as a result, the migration the software cannot move it to Outlook.
