Attend all college classes according to the college calendar and all high school classes according to your high school calendar, if you are jointly enrolled (this includes spring break) Arrange for your college grades to be sent to your high school counselor (at the end of each semester)

Presentation of one or more cases from your practice. Your case will be reviewed beforehand with members of the faculty. Completion of two provider surveys and identification of five parents in your practice, who will be asked to complete a parent survey at the end of the program.
