Is it safe to run an Arcade Monitor on my PC?
Welcome to OzStick, where we bring Arcade Quality gaming act...Yes, but be aware that Arcade monitors use a different signal to a PC monitor (15kHz as opposed to 31kHz) so by wiring it up to a PC's video card without taking this into consideration you will overdrive the monitor and damage it. The J-PAC will take care of that to an extent and if you have a JAMMA cabinet it can negate the need for any rewiring. You'll still need to "convert" the video signal though. See similar questions...
