Mail Merge to Fax takes a mail merge operation and actually broadcasts the merged documents over fax lines to a specified list of customers. By simply adding one to three merge fields to the original data file, FaxFacts Mail Merge to Fax automates dispensing the mail merge, even attaching additional documents to each fax. This eliminates the time and money spent on printing, stuffing envelopes, and postage.

Fax4Word uses the Mail Merge process of Ms Word. The exact steps depends on the version of Ms Word you are using.

Each record in the database is updated with a Date and Time stamp when the record is added to the database or modified within the database. The Merge utility uses this Date and Time stamp to determine if the data is to be merged into the local database. First, the Merge looks to see if the record exists in the local database. If the record does not exist, then the record is added.

Mail merge allows you to send an SMS message to multiple recipients and have the message customised for each individual recipient. Remember that there are important restrictions on who you can send messages to, and for what reason. These restrictions apply equally to messages sent using Mail Merge.

Note: Never junk domains (ex. uregina.ca, or hotmail.com) only junk senders. Caution should be used when using this GroupWise feature - if improperly used it will result in missed emails. In addition the block feature of GroupWise has not been enabled at the University of Regina.

For passive cards: Yes. Since 2005 the GPL software ivcall is able to send and receive voice calls and faxes even via passive cards. It makes use of the spandsp library which is part of the Asterisk project. You can find it on: http://0pointer.de/lennart/projects/ivcall/ An alternative project working on this problem existed (i4lfax) but has not made any progress since 1999. Make sure the document has been set up to fax. Word must recognize the fax number, and it must exist. Use a naming convention for documents that reflect the documents usage.

The idea of fax machines has been around since 1842, when Alexander Bain invented a machine capable of receiving signals from a telegraph wire and translating them into images on paper. Fax machines provide an easy way to send document to any phone number equipped with a fax machine. A fax machine works by scanning each outgoing page, converting the image into a series of light and dark dots. This pattern is then translated into audio tones, and sent over regular phone lines.

Faxing works a couple of ways. Multi Store is where you can have more than one website that is connected to one database but can have different store settings for each website. You can have one master business database in Interprise Suite, with multiple web sites connected to that system. We do require an AspDotNetStorefront license for each web site. MyCalls has the easiest snooze option you will find. During your wake up call and snooze calls, press 1 to confirm you are awake. To snooze, press any other key or simply hang up. During each snooze call, the system will tell you how many snooze calls you have remaining. You must press 1 to confirm that you are awake to stop more snooze calls.

Customers have the option of using their credit card when they select their payment options. When a customer selects payment using a credit card, they are asked for their credit card information. The ability to search the ECN web site is a feature of the SUNY-ESF web site being searchable using Google. SUNY-ESF hosts the ECN web site and uses Google for its own search function. This has a couple of implications. First, the search results will only be as up-to-date as Google's last indexing of the site (the last time their crawler software visited the site).

The video cable is included with the camera. It connects to the composite video-in jack on a TV. The jack on the TV itself is an "RCA"-style jack, typically yellow in color. This is the same jack that would be used to connect the video signal from a stereo VCR to the TV (a VCR would include left and right audio signals, too). The composite video signal should not be confused with an RF signal, where the TV is tuned to channel 3 to view the VCR signal. This connection method won't work.
