The Culinary Arts program runs 650 hours-440 hours in class and 210 hours on externship. The Pastry and Baking Arts program runs 610 hours-400 hours in class and 210 hours on externship. The Culinary Management Diploma program runs 316 classroom hours. In all cases, a single class lasts four hours. Schedules are varied, allowing you to take classes two, three, four or five times a week. Because of these schedule options, total program length ranges from 28 to 43 weeks.

The governing authority of each school shall prepare for each school under its authority an annual IPM plan. An IPM plan is a school's plan of how it will prevent and control pest problems. IPM shall be available in the business office of each school for review by the general public.

(18 years if all commercial driving is done within Louisiana and if no hazardous materials requiring placarding are transported and if you do not drive double or triple trailer rigs). Students earning the IB diploma must enroll in and complete IB courses in six disciplines: Language A (the student’s best language), Language B (a foreign language), Mathematics, Individuals and Societies (the social studies), Experimental Science, and an Elective (Music, Theater, Art, or Computer Science). Students may choose to pursue a second science, foreign language or social studies field in lieu of the IB elective.

Vehicles registered in New Orleans, Kenner, or Westwego must contact their city governments for inspections.

If you have been cleared for graduation, you are eligible to receive your certificate or diploma after your actual graduation date. You must be cleared of any holds on your account (i.e. accounts payable, financial aid, library loans, or student loans). You can pick-up your certificate/diploma at the Enrollment Services Center or may request to have it mailed by completing the Certificate/Diploma Release form.
